Working tools for executors and families

Two practical tools that make a first consultation more productive. Both run entirely in your browser: nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.

Probate preparation checklist

Every estate begins with assembly: the will, the death certificate, every account, the land, the stock and entitlements on a farm, the debts, and the people. This checklist organises all of it the way the SA.2 and the probate application will ask for it, with notes on what each item means, and prints cleanly as a working list for the kitchen table.

Estate timeline estimator

Will or intestacy; a simple estate, a farm, or assets in two countries; peace or a dispute. Choose the estate's shape and the estimator lays out the stages ahead, from opening the estate through the SA.2, the grant, administration and distribution, with honest notes on what moves each stage and why no fixed timescale can ever be promised.

Both tools provide general information rather than legal advice, and neither replaces an assessment of an actual estate. When you are ready to talk, arrange a consultation.
